OUR LEADERSHIP

Anthony S. Horton

FOUNDATION PRESIDENT

Anthony S. Horton serves as the President of the Krimson Foundation. As President, Anthony takes the lead in ensuring the organization pursues its mission with effectiveness and professionalism while servicing the community in which our stakeholders reside. In his professional life, Anthony is a Global IT Director at Merck & Company, an international drug research and manufacturing firm. His professional endeavors and experience allows Anthony to bring a wealth of management, technical, and stakeholder service expertise to the executive team of the Foundation. In addition to his work with the Foundation, Anthony serves on the Board of Directors of the Abington-Ambler Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., is a member of the National Society of Black Engineers, a board member for the Spartan Football Alumni Association, and is a head coach within the North Penn Little League Association. Anthony is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Industrial Engineering.

David A. Lopez

VICE PRESIDENT

David A. Lopez, CPA serves as the Vice-President of the Krimson Foundation. In this capacity, David provides guidance over the Foundation’s daily operations and organizational governance. As the Managing Director of David A. Lopez and Company, a full-service, certified public accounting firm in Center City Philadelphia, David brings to the Foundation the financial and accounting management expertise needed to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations that govern not-for-profit entities. In addition to his work with the Foundation, David serves as the Keeper of Exchequer for the Abington-Ambler Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., the head basketball coach at Ambassador Christian Academy, Secretary of the Division of Firms – National Association of Black Accountants, and national board member on the Financial Literacy Commission of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. David is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a dual degree in Accounting and Economics.

David A. Lopez

VICE PRESIDENT

David A. Lopez, CPA serves as the Vice-President of the Krimson Foundation. In this capacity, David provides guidance over the Foundation’s daily operations and organizational governance. Alan R. Parker, Jr.

TREASURER

Alan R. Parker. Jr. services as the Treasurer of the Krimson Foundation. As Treasurer, Alan oversees the financial transactions of the organization and ensures the fiscal resources of the entity are properly safeguarded and maintained in compliance with our by-laws. Professionally, Alan is currently a Sr. Purchasing Analyst for SAINT-GOBAIN (CertainTeed) in Malvern. In this position, Alan is responsible for performing a wide variety of complex research and analysis relating to procurement and contracting processes, operational best practices, sourcing competition, and recommendations for a wide range of commodities and services. Alan holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and an Executive MBA from St. Joseph’s University. Alan brings lots of knowledge from the corporate, non-profit, and educational sectors.
